Limiting Beliefs

We are born as a blank canvas. We have no beliefs or conditions that create how we live our life.

During our early years, we will absorb and learn from those around us, peers and caregivers. Their modeling of the way 'they' see the world is something we believe to be correct, as we don't know any different. So, if you had learnt to fear climbing a tree in case you fall, you will more than likely not be a 'risk taker'. Of course, this is not set in stone, as everyone's experience will be vastly different. But if you have beliefs that are stopping you from truly living your life fully, these limitations will need to be reprogrammed.

Types of Limiting Beliefs

I'm not good enough

Having a fixed mindset

Bad things always happen to me
