Our lifestyle habits and choices determine, shape and impact our daily lives. If we have too much stress, it can cause ailments to worsen in our body, we may begin to overthink and possibly have a 'panic attack' due to our nervous system going into overdrive. Other lifestyle issues include:

- Bad sleep habits

- No exercise

- Lack of motivation

This is not an exhaustive list, but it does give you an idea of how lifestyle choices can negatively impact our lives, when we don't take control.
