I’m Clare, a Breathwork and Bodywork Facilitator based in Kent. For years, I worked on my mindset, thinking if I could just change my thoughts, I’d finally feel better. And for a while, it helped, but over time, my old patterns kept coming back. It wasn’t until I started working with my body, not just my mind, that I experienced real transformation.
