My name is Clare and I am a Bodywork and Breathwork Guide, where I teach you to understand how stress affects your body, building self-awareness, and cultivating wellness for a balanced and more harmonious life. 

How you might be feeling...

Have you ever felt that you always seem to feel tension in your body and you find it challenging to sit still, maybe you overthink and if you are a parent, you find yourself snapping easily at your child/ren? Well, let me tell you now, that you are not alone in how you are acting and behaving. We live in a fast-paced world, constant distractions taking us down a rabbit-hole that stops us from connecting with ourselves to 'deal with' what is going on in our body and mind.

Stress is a normal part of life, but when we don’t understand it or know how to manage it, it can take a big toll on our lives. It can leave us feeling overwhelmed, tired, or stuck in a constant state of worry. Over time, stress can show up in our bodies as tension, aches, low energy, or even trouble sleeping and focusing. We often push through these feelings without realising that our bodies are trying to tell us something important.

When we don’t take the time to process and release stress, it can build up and make us feel disconnected from ourselves. It’s like carrying around a heavy backpack all day—eventually, it wears us out. But the good news is, there are ways to lighten the load and feel better.

How I can help you...

Somatic exercises and conscious connected breathwork are powerful tools to help you reconnect with your body and release that built-up stress. Somatic exercises are gentle movements and techniques that help you tune into how your body feels, helping you release tension and build awareness. Conscious connected breathwork is a simple yet powerful way to use your breath to calm your mind and release stored emotions. It brings energy and clarity, helping you feel lighter and more alive.

When you start to listen to your body through these practices, you begin to understand what it needs. You’ll notice where you’re holding tension or emotions and learn how to let them go. This self-awareness is the first step toward self-regulation—learning how to navigate life’s ups and downs without getting overwhelmed.

We’re not taught how to listen to our bodies or deal with the everyday stresses of life. But this is where you can make a change. Imagine feeling more calm, energised, and confident in yourself. Imagine having the tools to navigate challenges with grace and curiosity instead of fear or frustration.

A little bit about me...

My extensive training allows me to adapt your experience to your needs and create a space with wherever you are at any given time. I draw from my extensive background in mental health, personal healing, and professional training to provide supportive, impactful sessions tailored to individuals, groups, and workplaces.

Before becoming a mum, I worked in learning and development, a field that deepened my love for helping people grow and see them become more confident in their roles. Over the last 25+ years, I’ve built a wealth of skills, experiences, and perspectives—both as a professional and as a parent. Motherhood has enriched my ability to nurture, adapt, and support others in unique and meaningful ways.
