Through gentle guidance, you’ll be invited to explore conscious connected breathwork and embodied practices in a way that nurtures presence and curiosity. Even in an online format, you’ll feel held in a space where your voice, body, and process are acknowledged and honoured. These sessions create an environment where you can tune into your body and breath and reconnect with your inner resources.
Group sessions are theme based. They will bring the added benefit of shared connection and offering a sense of community while still allowing for your personal exploration.
Individual sessions provide a deeply tailored approach, offering one-to-one presence and support to meet you where you are.
