Having faced feelings of abandonment, rejection, and being unseen, I understand how isolating and overwhelming these emotions can feel. These experiences have shaped my understanding of the human experience and the transformative power of healing.

Some of us connect through movement, others through visual imagery, storytelling, or deep introspection. This understanding allows me to meet you where you are, offering approaches that resonate with your unique way of being. We’ll tailor our work to fit you—because your healing should feel personal, empowering, and effective.

My Journey: From Survival to Renewal

There was a time when life felt heavy, when I carried the weight of unprocessed grief, anger, and frustration. As a stay-at-home parent to three young children, I faced moments of overwhelm and exhaustion that many might relate to. I pushed through, like so many of us do, without realising how dysregulated my nervous system had become. The pace of life had disconnected me from myself.

But those challenges became a turning point. They ignited a deep curiosity within me—a need to understand how we can move from merely surviving to truly living. Through this process, I discovered powerful tools that helped me release years of pent-up emotions, reconnect with my body, and rediscover joy in the present moment.

This transformation wasn’t just about letting go of pain; it was about reclaiming a sense of wholeness, safety, and self-compassion. These experiences now inform every aspect of my work, allowing me to hold a safe, supportive space for others seeking their own renewal.

How a dysregulated nervous system can manifest...

Psychologically and emotionally, a dysregulated nervous system might lead to heightened anxiety, difficulty focusing, or feeling stuck in patterns of fear or overwhelm. Spiritually, it can leave us feeling disconnected from ourselves, others, and a deeper sense of purpose or peace.

The mind and body are deeply connected, and when the nervous system is unbalanced, it impacts us on every level. However, the good news is that through practices like breathwork, somatic exercises, and self-regulation techniques, it’s possible to rebalance the nervous system and release those stored patterns, allowing for healing and a renewed sense of well-being.
