Workshops

Workshops are a great way for you to connect with others in the community and to learn and discover the power of your body and breath during a 2-hour workshop, which includes a 45 minute conscious connected breathwork session. Attending a workshop is also a great way to know if you want to work with me on an individual in-person basis.

Stress Detox

Stress is a normal part of life, but when we don’t understand it or know how to manage it, it can take a big toll on our lives. It can leave us feeling overwhelmed, tired, or stuck in a constant state of worry. Over time, stress can show up in our bodies as tension, aches, low energy, or even trouble sleeping and focusing. We often push through these feelings without realising that our bodies are trying to tell us something important.

When we don’t take the time to process and release stress, it can build up and make us feel disconnected from ourselves. It’s like carrying around a heavy backpack all day—eventually, it wears us out. But the good news is, there are ways to lighten the load and feel better.

We’re not taught how to listen to our bodies or deal with the everyday stresses of life. But this is where you can make a change. Imagine feeling more calm, energised, and confident in yourself. Imagine having the tools to navigate challenges with grace and curiosity instead of fear or frustration.

This is an opportunity to discover the power of your breath and how it can transform your body and mind. This is a time where you can experience different states of consciousness, deep relaxation and release of tension.

What to expect:

After introductions, you will be guided through some somatic exercises, invited to share your experiences with stress (if you want to), learn how to breathe in a way that supports your body's nervous system and then you will be guided through a conscious connected breathwork session. Which may bring about physical, emotional, spiritual and psychological responses. (More information on this below.)

Breathe and Recharge for Mums

Are you feeling overwhelmed by the daily stresses of life? Maybe you're running on empty, feeling snappy, struggling with sleep, or noticing changes in your body as you navigate peri-menopause or menopause. If you're longing for a space where you can pause, breathe, and simply be yourself, this women’s circle is for you.

This is an opportunity to share your story (if you want to)
Join us for a nurturing 2-hour workshop created for mums. A space where you’ll feel seen, heard, and understood. Here, you’ll connect with other women who maybe walking a similar path.
