I’m Clare, a Breathwork and Bodywork Facilitator based in Kent. For years, I worked on my mindset, thinking if I could just change my thoughts, I’d finally feel better. And for a while, it helped, but over time, my old patterns kept coming back. It wasn’t until I started working with my body, not just my mind, that I experienced real transformation.
Now, I help other women do the same. I guide you to understand your body’s language, regulate your nervous system, and break free from stress patterns that no longer serve you.

Depending on your chosen method of working together, you will be required to complete an intake form (not required for attending workshops), as there are some contraindications with breathwork and hypnotherapy.
